David Hudgens, President and Chief Executive Officer: With more than 26 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Hudgens has held positions ranging from field laborer to superintendent all the way up to owning Accu-Crete and several other companies. Over his long career, primarily after the founding of Accu-Crete, Mr. Hudgens has been involved in the construction of more than 500 projects and has been responsible for the successful completion of the vast majority of those projects. With a primary focus on the multi-family housing industry, Mr. Hudgens has a deep background in concrete on both the technical and the operational sides of the business.

Dan Hand, Chief Operating Officer: Mr. Hand has been actively engaged in the construction industry for in excess of 35 years during which time he has worked on more than 200 projects, taking a large number of them from site work all the way through certificate of occupancy. Like Mr. Hudgens, Mr. Hand has focused his career primarily on the multi-family housing industry where he has worked at all levels, ranging from field laborer, through project manager to his present role as chief operating officer. In his present role, Mr. Hand oversees the on-site concrete production for all of Accu-Crete's crews, using his vast experience to manage the logistics that arise in running multiple jobsites simultaneously. Mr. Hand has been with Accu-Crete for 8 years.
