By forging strong relationships with its engineering partners, as well as employing in-house architectural and engineering personnel, Accu-Crete is able to take drawings at various stages of the pre-construction and construction process and give them meaningful review with an eye toward improving the design of the job and streamlining the construction process.

In addition, in light of the extensive experience of Accu-Crete's crews (and in particular its foremen), prior to the time that construction is scheduled to begin, Accu-Crete can provide the architects and engineers of record on a job with feedback regarding the constructability of a project. Frequently, through the RFI process, Accu-Crete is able to determine that a project, in the form in which it is originally submitted, cannot be constructed as designed. By working collaboratively with the owner's representatives, general contractors, architects and engineers prior to commencement of construction, Accu-Crete can keep the project on schedule and avoid the costly delays that would otherwise be occasioned.

Finally, on several projects, Accu-Crete has been able to successfully revise a design that it receives to achieve the same (or better) results at less cost or over a shorter period of time.
